This policy explains how returns, refunds, pickup, and delivery work when you order from ABC Smoke Shop(“ABC,” “we,” “us”) at https://www.abcsmoke-shop.com. By placing an order you agree to the terms below, along with our Terms of Use.
All sales are generally final
Because we sell tobacco, nicotine, and other age-restricted products, and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or unsealed products, and we cannot resell them. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
Defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and we will make it right — typically with a replacement of the same item or, at our discretion, a refund. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:
- Keep the item and its packaging.
- Have your order number ready.
- Send a photo of the defect or the wrong item if you can.
Verified manufacturing defects and order errors are not subject to the final-sale rule above.
Age verification (21+)
You must be 21 or older to order. A valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID is required to place an order and is checked again at pickup and at delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be age-verified, and ID that is expired, altered, or does not match the purchaser will result in a refused order.
In-store pickup
- Pickup orders are prepared at 3087 W Pico Blvd, Unit 1, Los Angeles, CA.
- The person picking up must be 21+ and present a valid government-issued photo ID. We may decline to release an order without acceptable ID.
- We hold paid pickup orders for 72 hours. If an order is not collected within the hold window and cannot be reached, it may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method, less any non-refundable fees where applicable.
Local delivery
- Delivery is available within approximately 10 miles of the shop, subject to courier availability and address verification. $3.99 delivery fee; $20 order minimum.
- Delivery is intrastate only — we deliver to addresses within California and within our serviceable zone. We do not ship or deliver across state lines.
- The recipient must be 21+ and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the door. We do not leave orders unattended and cannot drop off without an in-person, successful ID and age check.
- California age-verification match: for delivery, the billing address, the delivery address, and the name on the order must match the name and address on the age-verified, government-issued ID presented at the door.
- If age verification fails — no one 21+ is available, ID is missing/expired/invalid, the recipient appears intoxicated, or the addresses do not match — the courier will not complete the delivery and the order will be returned. A failed-delivery, restocking, or return fee may apply, and the delivery fee is non-refundable.
Payment & refund timing
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. When a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Most refunds post within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Delivery fees are generally non-refundable except where an order could not be fulfilled due to our error.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been prepared for pickup or dispatched for delivery. Once an order is in preparation or out for delivery, it generally cannot be canceled. Contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
