Eligibility & age verification
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site and to purchase any product. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete a purchase and will be checked at pickup and at delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service and to cancel any order that cannot be age-verified. ID that is expired, altered, or does not match the purchaser will result in a refused order.
Age-restricted products
We sell tobacco, nicotine, and related products, along with other age-restricted items. Any age-restricted beverages are sold to customers 21+ only, with ID verified at pickup and delivery under California rules. All sales are intended for personal use by adults 21+ and are subject to applicable federal, California, and local law.
Orders, pickup & delivery
- Online ordering, cart, checkout, payment, and fulfillment are provided through the PortalPuff platform.
- Pickup orders are prepared at 3087 W Pico Blvd, Unit 1 and held for the purchaser, who must present valid ID.
- Delivery is available within approximately 10 miles of the shop, subject to courier availability and address verification. The recipient must be 21+ and present valid ID at the door.
- Product availability, pricing, and hours may change without notice. An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if an item is unavailable or an order cannot be age-verified.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may not include taxes, fees, tips, or delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; you authorize the charge for your order total when you place the order.
Cancellations & refunds
Because of the age-restricted nature of our products, sales are generally final once fulfilled. If an order is canceled before fulfillment, or cannot be completed (for example, no valid ID at handoff), any authorization or charge will be voided or refunded per our processor’s and courier’s policies. Contact us promptly with any issue.
Acceptable use
- Do not purchase for, or resell or furnish products to, anyone under 21.
- Do not use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or to disrupt its operation.
- Do not misrepresent your age, identity, or eligibility.
